Our Home Readiness Team, led by founders Jeff and Misty Garman, is committed to making homeownership both accessible and rewarding for military personnel. Jeff Garman, a U.S. Navy Veteran, educator, and Home Finance Specialist, is dedicated to guiding clients through the VA loan process, ensuring they’re fully informed and pre-approved when ready to purchase.

Misty Garman, an established and highly experienced Real Estate Agent, is a skilled negotiator with in-depth knowledge of VA loans. Her expertise ensures that our clients receive the best realtor for the job, the most favorable terms, the best prices, and minimal closing costs from sellers.
